Harsh with problems, respectful to each other
We listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. We are required to respectfully challenge decisions when we disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. We do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, we commit wholly.
We empower others
Other's projects are as important as our own. We are always willing to help where we can. We never say "that's not my job." We make sure that people want to come to work everyday, be able to do their best work, grow, and make lifelong connections.
Transparency and constructive feedback
We expect people to openly write and verbalize their thoughts to seek diverse perspective and disconfirm their beliefs. We give room for experimentation, and when we fail, we share it widely so that we can all learn. Being transparent enables everyone to learn and grow from each other.
Curious, lifelong learners
There is no technical or business playbook for putting delivery robots on the streets. We like to experiment and see what works.
